Hi there
I am currently 12 weeks pregnant (and all is well) and taking 10 mg of Prozac. Both my psychiatrist and my ob/gyn have told me that this is safe and that to be anxious or depressed could potentially be more harmful to my baby. I don't know anything about effexor - but I would definately talk to my doctor to figure out a way to keep you sane & your baby healthy.
