Just make sure you increase your dosage at a VERY slow increments. Whatever your doc says take twice as long.
When I started effexor icouldn't sleep at all i was so wound up.
I take trazodone at night to sleep. Its a great med, usualy prescribed to combat AD insomnia.Are you taking anything for sleep? If not try Trazodone.
