If you drink coffee, try 1/2 cup at a time, but only when you begin to feel fatigued. You don't want to encourage tolerance by chronically overmedicating yourself. I didn't even know you could develop tolerance to caffeine. Since it is the only thing that I can count on for functioning as well, I will stick to this strategy too. Thanks.
