Stim XR vs. short-acting dosage comparisons

Posted by becksA on November 23, 2004, at 12:26:42

I take 60mg of Adderall XR at 7AM which helps boost my depression quite a bit. After this dies out, I start to get the depression after a while and I take 2 more doses throughout the day of short-acting Adderall (10mg each dose). How does this compare to the 60 of XR I'm on in the morning? Based on the increased motivation, sociability, mood, etc, in the morning, I'm thinking I should take a higher dose of the short acting that would be more comparable to my XR dose. So...what's the "ratio" for lack of a better term, so I can better dose the short-acting doses?
Thanks
