Wellbutrin makes you more active and doesn't cause the cravings like other meds do. I think that it is the increased activity level that really can help you lose weight if you take advantage of it and exercise. Of course, it is still important to watch WHAT you eat. You can still gain weight on it if you don't watch portion sizes and all you eat is a high fat, high carb diet. Drinking lots of water and taking fiber suppliments has really helped me.
