WHAT WILL WORK ? --

Valium is making me more anxious kind of thing a few other guys mentioned this happening to them also and other benzo's we fight them kind of thing ..
Does anyone have any ideas on what will work? i have severe anxiety and panick and am on effexor just started it and i am climbign the walls with anxiety and i cant sleep either its like 4 am and i am so wide awake ( i am only on 18mg effexor in the am) ..
anyone ?
