DAY 2 ....

Well this is day 2 on half 37.5 mg of effexor, i took 2 mg valium when i went to bed last night then another 2mg when i got up today at 1pm today then i took my effexor at 2 30 pm.. i have been smiling all day thinking positive and watching funny dvd's..
I am more aware of my hrt rate its 80 beats per min which is always liek that anyways but i can actually feel it... its cus i am anxious also ..
Just needed to share this ...
WIll repeat tonight and tommorrow...
