We kind of have a lacking of high quality 5-ht2a antagonists out there.

Suprisingly risperdal, might be the most selective we have. Risperdal has a high affinity for 5-ht2a in comparison to dopamine blockade.

Trazedone might also be a good choice (not too bad side effect profile)
