I'm not sure where you live but here in the UK two stimulants are available (apart from Provigil). In general, you can only get stimulants from psychiatrists, no one else really prescribes them. I've heard paediatricians and other docs prescribe stims in some countries, that doesn't really happen here.
We have...
Dexamphetamine/dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine)
and methylphenidate (Ritalin/Equasym/Concerta XL)
We don't have...
Adderall, Dexedrine spansules, Desoxyn, or Focalin.
