I doubt there would be a problem with combining a low dose of nortriptyline with reboxetine. I was on Strattera (atomoxetine) together with nortriptyline for a year. If reboxetine is like atomoxetine, it would give a stronger alerting effect than nortrip. This would make it more efficacious for ADD symptoms.
