Abilify - Tremors

I have been taking a very low dose of Abilify (2.5 to 3.75 mg daily) and have developed a slight tremor in my right hand. It is particularly noticeable when eating (raising the fork/spoon to my mouth). It is not only embarrassing but I am concerned about the safety of this medication.

Any advice you can give is appreciated.
