I smoke a couple of cigars each day (Punch Rothschild, or Partagas), and find that they help me a bit, in that I give myself a half hour break from my very busy schedule. I use this time to reflect on my mental state, my family, my work, and my progress.

I suppose I could get that half hour another way, but having a stinky cigar keeps folks at bay :)

As colder weather approaches, I usually cut down on my smoking as I only smoke outside. I've been feeling great lately, so I'm not changing anything :)
