I find the norepi/dopamine meds help with the psychologic parts of panic ... reduce my depression and thus psychic anxiety. But too much increase my peripheral anxiety ... tachycardia, stomach ache, tremor. So I guess it is finding the correct balance. I was thinking of adding alittle desipramine before you wrote (pamelor gives me bad anticholinergic effects). Thanks a million.

If I drink some coffee/wellbutrin I get a little back, but too much leaves me anxious and socially phobic. Same with klonopin, up to 1.5 helps with sociablity and getting out to do things, but too much leaves me depressed.

It seems like meds used for ADD are what work for my depression the best. The Stratterra is nowhere as anxiogenic as WB or stims (in fact I get some antipanic qualities from it). Another one you might consider is adding a little bit of nortriptyline (a little because the Zoloft will boost the blood levels of nortriptyline greatly). Also your higher dose of Zoloft might be making you a little zombified. Maybe add a little Stratterra or nortriptyline and reduce the Zoloft?
