Gosh, it so late. I gotta get to sleep. ANyways, I just read your post and your circumstances are very similar to what I went through and still am. Email me at mcpark@socal.rr.com
I can share with you what has worked for me and what hasn't. I think I can point you in the right direction. It takes too long to type and it is too late. Email me for sure. All the best> I am at work right now and during my walk down the hall I just experienced the "jolt" or "electric shock" that people refer to. Its acutally not what I thought it would be its not much of a shock its a weird kind of fuzzy painless jolt that goes through you. Nonetheless, its not very confortable and I don't feel any comfort in knowing my neurotransmitters are malfunctioning (just got off the phone with the pdoc and thats the explaination she gave). Anyway, I am only withdrawing from 7months of 10mg of lexapro. I went down to 5mg for 7 days and have been drug free for 2. So call me a baby because I know plenty are on higher doses for longer but like they say everyone is different. My questions are how long does this last and is there any thing you could take to ease this or stop it from happening? ie. vitamins, supplements, something other than another drug?! Your advice is appreciated.
