Cymbalta -Beginning WK 5 - Depression Symptons

Just a quick note, I am on week 5 of Cymbalta at 60 mg. This past weekend, severe depression symptons starting creeping back in quite clearly. Not at all what I expected at this stage. I had stopped Remeron about 2 weeks ago, which was added in to Effexor XR, initially it worked great...I stopped because I thought I didn't need it with Cymbalta....plus I really want to drop the anti depressant 20 lbs....but I am going to start adding Remeron back in tonight......
