After getting off Effexor due to the bad side-effects while on it AND while getting off, I started L-Tryptophan. It is definitely better for me than any anti-depressant I have used (Zoloft, Paxil, Seqoquel, Wellbutrin, Effexor XR). See www.healthrecovery.com.
