> JustinOne drug that I used for sleep a few months ago was Seroquel. It is extremely effective, but I would not recommend using this drug. It has a very short half-life and I began to experience withdrawal effects during the day unless I took another small dose. It gave me the infamous "brain zaps" that you get when quitting Effexor and Lexapro...not fun at all.
I suggested to my wife that a 12-pack of beer would help me sleep, but that idea didn't go over too well! lol
