I take Adderall for social anxiety and mild/borderline ADHD. It helps my anxiety tremendously. The effect of adderall or dexedrine is vastly different from that of other psychostimulants: Provigil, Wellbutrin, Ritalin, Focalin, etc.
Amphetamines might just HELP your SP symptoms.
Just thought I would share my experience with you guys.
