Just a thought, but I've read about people who start up Lamictal dosing bid, who have "crashes" beefore their next Lamictal dose. Could be that you may be having more of a Lamictal "crash" than an Adderall crash - if you started the two about the same time. Maybe when you get a steadier dose of Lamictal in your system that will settle down. OTOH, maybe 60mg of XR is too *much* at once-maybe take 30mg XR AM, then 30mgXR at noon?
