HI there,

I too have ADD and have tried several things *Ritalin, RItalin SR, Aderall, and Adderall XR, I like either adderall more then the others althought when I take the immidieate release i need a higher does. If you like the Ritalin but not the anxiety many people take Propranolol which is a beta0blocker and fairley benign and helps with that. SO you may want to ask your Dr about that.
