Every antidepressant I have tried, ends up agitating me more, and pushing me to places I don't want to go. I feel very much like myself on the lithium, but my world is very grey.

I wish there was a warmer antidepressant on the market. I have only taken opiates by perscription for medical operations, but they relieve my depression without making my mind race or agitating me.

I think I have an opiate deficiancy. I am addicted to exercise, 1-2 hours of jogging/day, but it is one of the only things that keeps the demons away.
