Well I haven't been officially diagnosed as being bipolar, but my doctor and I agree that I am somewhere in that spectrum, maybe cyclothymic.
I tend to have a couple of weeks, sometime a month, of feeling pretty good(but I don't think it is hypomanic), then I have depression sometimes mild sometimes severe.
