>Hi Grace,
I feel bad for you that you have had a bad time with Effexor, however, I don't want it taken off the market because I think it's great.
The benzos recieved a bad time in the UK when a group of people such as yourself launched a class action law suit against benzo manufactures. They failed in court but there was sufficent publicity drawn to the benzos that has caused doctors to stop presribing them which is truely disturbing because a lot of people really need them.
I had a really bad time with Prozac, but I would not want it taken off the market simple because I & a handful of people have such a bad time with it. All drugs have adverse effects, if you take them all off the market we will be left with nothing. If you feel that a drug might be harmful to you, all you have to do is simply not take them.
Cheers,
Paul.
