Mabye you should take a long break and go on Ritalin again? It seems to be much better for tolerance. Just not as effective, unfortunatly.

another suggestion: Try to organize your life into things that you can accomplish w/o Stim assistance, and do as much as you can while your off the Adderall. save it for when you NEED it...
