Neither one really has an antidepressant pharmacology in the sense that drugs in the antidepressant class do, but they may improve mood for people who are schizophrenic or bipolar. I think either would be poor choices for someone with unipolar depression and the conditions you mention, at least as a main drug, but either might be useful in certain situations to augment an antidepressant.
