it is vital that you start the dosage in the evening and work up to the first half then start the other half in the morning...
otherwise it is going to cause problems and side effects...Another vital thing to remember is to take Topomax with food...
either with a meal or with a small snack -- a couple of crackers and peanut butter or a small salad or whatever appeals to you, but do not take it without food...Again... start with the evening dosage and build up to the maximum half dose in 25 mg increments by no faster than two week intervals
and take it with food...kat
