Cephalon is merely doing what all the big pharma companies do. No surprise in any of this in my opinion. But off-label uses are growing there's no doubt. In my opinion this reflects the overly-beuracratic FDA. I think the FDA has become the real problem, not the pharmaceutical companies, although the TV ads are pushing it IMHO.
