Delayed orgasm is a notorious side effect of the SSRIs and Effexor. I suppose since you are going through a withdrawal, you could be suffering a rebound effect the other way. Things could change once you have totally made it through the withdrawal. The Wellbutrin works on norepinephrine and dopamine and may be exacerbating the problem, as increased NE would tend to stimulate orgasm, and increased dopamine stimulates libido. This is a complicated issue, however. I would see what the situation is once you are free of the other withdrawal effects.
