100mg does nothing for me. I can still take a nap in the afternoon if I take 100 probably because I take 400 mg of Topamax a day and 125 mg. of Effexor. The jitters the two of you feel are side effects of Provigil and it took me about two weeks of taking Provigil everyday to get over that feeling. I was ready to peel out of my skin, especially because I am oversensitive to sounds and lights. I take 200 mg. in the am. and I love the drug. I would sleep all day without it and since I work full time and have kids that wouln't work. I also think it helps keep me more organized.
