Have you raised your concern about BPII with your pdoc and your therapist? In my opinion, they would be best equipped to tell you if you are biopolar. Also, I know this may sound stupid, but have you had your blood checked lately? Things like diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypo- or hyperthydroidism, hormonal imbalance, etc. can wreak havoc on our moods (causing frequent mood swings) and anxiety levels.

Hope you get some answers soon. Take good care.

> Hello. I am obviously doing some research about my problems. I am seeing a T now (2nd visit tomorrow) and have been seeing my pdoc for years. I have been diagnosed with different things by different pdocs. Dysthymic disorder and panic disorder. But, when I think about my symptoms I wonder if I am BP2...

But I still have these episodes of happy/sad. My husband notices them all the time. He is always asking how i feel each day. Does this sound familiar to anyone??? Am I BP?
