Hi, One more thing. I took xanax for years and my pdoc switched me to klonopin. I dont like the fact that it can cause depression, but I take prozac and lamictal to offset that. But, boy did i have bad withdrawl symptoms from the xanax. I think thats something to consider because like some others have posted the withdrawls arent as bad with klonopin. And I had a horrible few weeks after getting off xanax.....
