I think so, or maybe I should say it did for me. I'm at the end of my second week on it and I did notice that I felt a little more sleepy than usual that first week.

I'm talking about daytime sleepiness. I still have to take doxepin nightly to take care of my Effexor-induced insomnia. I think I've finally found a very good combo for me though. Social anxiety has really decreased. I feel much more confident and comfortable in groups of people I am just getting to know and my intrusive anxious thoughts at bedtime are almost completely gone.

I'm lovin' the clonazepam! I probably should have been medicated for anxiety years ago as "anxiety genes" are in my family!!!
