So many people have negative effects and results on topomax so they quit before they find out if it can help... often it is because the dosage was too high and too fast...
we want things to work for her... we want her to be helped and to be happy...
she doesn't know it but she is one of us <GG>give her the 25 in the evenings for two weeks then add the next 25 until the evening dosage is at maximum then start the morning increases...
you have it figured out perfectly....
what a great and supportive mother...
