If you are talking about mg for mg potency, then the winner would be Triazolam. Midazolam is a hospital only drug that is used pre-surgery, you would not use it daily because it is the benzo that erases memory the most. Thiopental use to be the barb used for general anesthetic & Propofol is the drug that is used these days for general anesthetic.
