No Selegiline above 10mg/day, and if you notice anyting strange, stop taking it and call your local hospital. You should take it under advisement from your doc, who can prescribe it to you-- I'm just too bothered by too many other concerns I need him to attend to with med adjustments at the moment though.
And yes, serotonin syndrome has been found in drugs like Effexor when combined with Selegiline. And taking a stimulant with Selegiline is something to do at your own risk. I am, but am also aware this isn't that safe.
