f it's really affecting your plague levels, Evoxac is always an option. It produces saliva in your mouth. But be careful- it can affect your heart rythm, so if you have heart problems stay off it.
I use Evoxac, floss, use a Sonicare toothbrush, Biotene toothpaste, Biotene mouthwash, and nighttime Floride rinse (Phosphur brand).
