Lamictal or Klonopin making me groggy in AM

Hi, I am obviouslly taking both these meds at night. 200mg lamictal and 1mg of klon. and all the sudden I cant seem to get enough sleep. Like I can go to bed at 9pm and still be very tired in the morning. And lately its getting worse, where I am very groggy now. Can 1 mg of klonopin do this to me? I take .5 mg twice during the day and its not bad, so, maybe its the combo of the 2 meds?
Anyone else have this happen?
