Um, I realize you're at an extremely low dose of Zoloft (my doc was surprised my old doc only started me at 100mg, and wanted me to try 200mg) and you're not taking your Klonopin as prescribed (which can help reduce obsessions leading to suicidal ideation, IMHO and personal experience)-- but remember meds, when they fail, aren't the only options.
Electro-Convlusive Therapy (ECT) is a painless procedure, which you get an anestheiologist to put you under first for.
Also, you should be aware the FDA, on September 23, just announced that selected patients may be eligible to be treated with Vagus Nerve Stimulation
