Not that particular beta blocker, but I do take propranalol (Inderol) for more generalized anxiety, and it's a real godsend for me. The first time I took it, it was like a miracle occurred, which hasn't continued, but the benefits are absolutely clear. On the propranalol, the anxiety that was keeping me ramped up on adrenaline all the time is down to manageable levels, just a little background noise.
