Just drank 2 cups of coffee.
I don't know what it is about coffee but it seems to solve a lot of problems for me.
I can concentrate and I can think more rationally (more linearly).
Doing a bit better this afternoon.
It scares me how my mood can flucuate like that.
Not sure what to do. I think that the zoloft makes me feel suicidal for the first few hours after the dose. I feel beter later in the day.
