prozac and effexor combo...side effect issues?

I am on 60mg prozac and 50mg effexor.I think that this is too much.I am sweating like crazy and it bothers me.I also cant sleep at night and have no appetite.Well this get better.What should i Do?my dr. wont make any changes....
