It really depends on who writes the study, and who it is done on.

There are plenty of people who can get the necessary results from changing their diet, then there are pleny of others who eat perfectly and still can concentrate worth beans.

Anyhow, its kind of the same as a study who reads: you can get the same benefit of prozac just from changing your diet. Ie. I'm sure it works for some.
