It would be more of a very very very panicky, heart beating out of your chest, detached feeling from what I've read. If you go to www.erowid.org I believe there actually is a story of someone using caffeine pills and getting a sort of quasi-psychotic detached panic attack. Pot seems to be a much closer representation to psychosis than high doses of caffeine. Even 10 cups within a short period of time for me doesn't induce more than a strong euphoric panicky feeling. Certainly not comfortable. But by 30 cups I'd say you might be approaching levels that will give you seizures or something else before you even get a chance to get the typical stimulant psychosis.
