Here's what I found out about xanax withdrawl...its been about 3 wks for me and I still feel bad...
1.Withdrawal from Xanax can be very hard and problematic at times. Several symptoms may suddenly arise no sooner you plan to withdraw Xanax from the daily routine. Xanax withdrawal may it produce a lot of discomfort and anxiety.
2.Get mentally prepared if you are ready to quit Xanax. Find some activity that can keep you busy so the mind goes away from thinking about Xanax. And since the withdrawal symptoms show severe effects on the body-language – we recommend you to take a leave from your work for few days. As such you won't be able to work properly during withdrawal stage.
3.Confused behavior
Fear of losing your sanity
Insomnia – sometimes extreme and very intense
