No big loss, Seroquel at low doseages funtions as just an antihistamine. Some of the TCA's make great sedatives & a cheaper than atypical antipsychotics. Doxepin if all you need is sleep, Amitriptyline for sleep & antianxiety at low doses, at medium doses it's antimuscarinic activity might help with your tremors.
