Trileptal is either hit or miss, I love it personally... I am have mild BP II issue and use trileptal to control it. As far as SSRIs are concerned... I can't emphasize enough just how important they are for you in anxiety treatments over the long haul.... the problem is that they can literally take MONTHS to get used to with an increase in anxiety, restlessness, and agitation, after that though, they really are good medications, it's just that intial soemtimes up to 3 month period of getting used to them. Could you keep that trileptal in there and add an SSRI perhaps?

I'm on day two of taking both, and like most all the other ad's I've taken, Wellbutrin IS causing the agitation, which is the part I can't stand about ad's. the first time I took these (yesterday), I felt better in about an hour - better than I had felt in months. I knew an SSRI doesn't act like that, so I figured it must be the Trileptal...
