I suppose adding the Wellbutrin might be worth trying. I was originally going to suggest just switching to another med, but if the Zoloft has helped you that much, you might want to stay on it for a while longer.
If you do eventually switch meds, don't go to another SSRI, which will almost certainly not give you any greater improvement than the Zoloft has. It would make much more sense IMO to try a drug with a dual serotonin/norepinephrine action, such as Effexor or Cymbalta. I don't know if these would really be much better for your OCD, but they probably would for your depression, at least.
The prevailing thought on OCD is that it is primarily linked to serotonin, but I sometimes question if that isn't a little simplistic. I have OCD myself and found even a high dose of the heavily serotonergic MAOI Nardil to not be remarkably effective in that respect. The more dopaminergic MAOI Parnate that I started a month ago seems to offer more promise at this point. OCD is a disorder for which cognitive behavioral therapy can also be very helpful.
