You might want to try another antipsychotic. I found Zyprexa to make me very sluggish and do absolutely nothing for my psychoses and possibly made my depression worse. I'm on Geodon, and it is great for my psychoses and depression, but it makes me sleepy at only 20mgs a day. I also have something in the way of psychotic depression or simple schizophrenia. I think most doctors are of the opinion that if an antipsychotic is going to work it is going to work within the first 48 hrs. to one week. I found this true for Geodon.
