i am hyperthyroid, yet I still take provigil for mental alertness and energy. if you lack physical energy, amphetamine or ritalin is obviously a more logical option, but they aren't strong longer term solutions.
Diet {better proportion - higher protein which affects DA and NE versus sugars and carbs which have a stronger effect on serotonin which when increased blunts you and saps motivation} and regular strenuous exercise {again dopamine among other benefits} if possible.
aside from typical stims, I can only think of wellbutrin and provigil.
