I just wanted to say that my pdoc wants me to stay at 20mg prozac and 200mg lamictal. I do have some of the side effects you mentioned, but for me, those are nothing compared to other ssri's/snri's Ive tried. If I were you I would stay at 30mg for a few weeks and see what happens, then maybe you can go back down. Have you talked to your pdoc??
